शैक्षिक योग्यता: आवेदक के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से किसी भी विषय में स्नातक की डिग्री या उसके समकक्ष होना चाहिए।
भाषा :
आवेदक को बंगाली भाषा बोलने, पढ़ने और लिखने में सक्षम होना चाहिए। हालाँकि, यह प्रावधान उन व्यक्तियों पर लागू नहीं होगा जो दार्जिलिंग और कलिम्पोंग जिलों के पहाड़ी उप-मंडलों के स्थायी निवासी हैं।
